Absolutely love this sleep tape! The purple colour is such a cute touch, and it stays on all night without lifting or coming off. The little slit in the middle is super handy for those midnight water breaks, so you don’t have to completely remove it.
I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my sleep quality and will be purchasing again. One tip: I’d recommend applying a lip balm or lip mask before bed, as my lips felt a little dry in the morning the first few times I used it. Other than that, it’s been fantastic!

Absolutely obsessed with them, I have never been able to breathe clearer through my nose. I've had the coronavirus 8 times due to my lines of work and since then my sinuses have never been the same, ultimately resulting in blocked noses and congestion at night and in the morning. I am almost 4 months in using the mouth tape (with slit) and nose strips and I couldn’t be happier!!! I buy schleepi because I like the slit in the mouth tape, it sticks well and I can pop it into my compost bin after use.

Bias aside, I’ve honestly tried 3 other brands consistently over the last 2 years including Goodnight Tape, ZZzone, and EZ Tape but none have been as effective as Schleepi. Schleepi’s Nose Strips are particularly good for easy clear breathing. Putting aside effectiveness, every other brand only offered the ‘Black Bandit’ look which gives your partner the fright of their lives in the middle of the night (imagine banshee screams and defensive kicks!). Schleepi is the only brand offering a range of your fave calming colours. Love your product and I’m on my third supply so keep setting the bar high guys.
Loved the nose strips! Stayed in place all night - rigid enough to sit in place but not too ridge that is causes them to become unstuck during the night. Felt a difference in my breathing within moments of using the strips. Will use again and again!
Honestly some of the best things! I’ve managed to actually get in some decent sleep and wake up refreshed.
The best nose strips I've tried to date. No skin issues and never peel off in the middle of the night. I can pop them on straight after my shower as theyre barely noticable, and sometimes i leave on in the morning when i head out for a walk!
My partner & I started sleeping with mouth tape about a year ago but constantly kept waking up with it stuck to our forehead or experiencing an upper lip wax when we would take them off in the morning.

I mean it.
If you’re fine waking up a bit stuffy, breathing through your mouth half the night, or being told you snore… then honestly, don’t bother.
But if you’re even slightly over that… these are kinda amazing!
I didn’t expect much, but the first night I wore one I noticed straight away I could breathe properly. Like both nostrils working!
Nothing complicated about it, you literally just put it them on and go to bed.
It’s one of those things where you don’t realise how much your breathing is affecting your sleep until it’s suddenly better.
Anyway… not saying it’ll fix everything in your life, but if blocked or stuffy breathing is one your problems, this is such an easy win.
