Before using the nose strip's id wake up with dry mouth and wouldnt be having the best sleeps. Since using the nose strip's I have had I big improvement in my sleep and have been waking up with so much more energy. I went from 60% score sleeps to 80% plus scores. I have used the nose strips as I am currently pregnant and have been struggling with congestion that has made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. The nose strips have helped with this massively and is such a relief at bed time.
