Obsessed already! I've always had troubles breathing through my nose and always feel super tired waking up, even if I have 8+ hours of sleep. The nose strip instantly opened up my nasal passage and I was genuinely impressed at how much easier I could get air through my nostrils. The mouth tape with the slit is also perfect for someone like me, who freaks out a little bit at the thought of the tape. It just gives me some mental peace of mind by having the slit there, and my straw of my waterbottle fits perfectly so I can still have a sip of water through the night too which is a bonus!
I had no idea how this would work before I tried it but OMG! As soon as you put it on you IMMEDIATELY feel a difference. This helps both you and your partner sleep better! Definitely recommend 💯🙌

Absolutely love this sleep tape! The purple colour is such a cute touch, and it stays on all night without lifting or coming off. The little slit in the middle is super handy for those midnight water breaks, so you don’t have to completely remove it.
I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my sleep quality and will be purchasing again. One tip: I’d recommend applying a lip balm or lip mask before bed, as my lips felt a little dry in the morning the first few times I used it. Other than that, it’s been fantastic!

Absolutely obsessed with them, I have never been able to breathe clearer through my nose. I've had the coronavirus 8 times due to my lines of work and since then my sinuses have never been the same, ultimately resulting in blocked noses and congestion at night and in the morning. I buy schleepi because I like the slit in the mouth tape, it sticks well and I can pop it into my compost bin after use.
