If you’re fine waking up a bit stuffy, breathing through your mouth half the night, or being told you snore… then honestly, don’t bother.
But if you’re even slightly over that… these are kinda amazing!
I didn’t expect much, but the first night I wore one I noticed straight away I could breathe properly. Like both nostrils working!
Nothing complicated about it, you literally just put it them on and go to bed.
It’s one of those things where you don’t realise how much your breathing is affecting your sleep until it’s suddenly better.
Anyway… not saying it’ll fix everything in your life, but if blocked or stuffy breathing is one your problems, this is such an easy win.

Schleepi nose and mouth strips are the best ones I’ve used. They don’t peel off overnight, even with slightly oily skin. From the moment I put the nose strip on I can feel my nose clear, and I no longer wake up with a blocked nose. Highly recommend for anyone who is wanting a more peaceful nights sleep 😴

I can't believe these were something I didn't know I needed. I will admit, I was a little intrigued by these & a little sceptical at first. When I got them, I was so excited to try. And I am so thankful I did, as I was blown away. I can't recommend them highly enough. Even just after one use, it's changed my mind and my sleeping routine. It is quick and simple to use, and I was surprised by how quickly I forgot I was even wearing it. Bonus, it's not uncomfortable, irritating or itchy, it's comfortable on the skin, it didn't pull at all. What amazed me the most, was every morning I wake after using these, I wake up not feeling groggy, nor did I feel like I had a sore throat or even a blocked nose. While I am sleeping my breathing has improved too and I wake less at night when I use these.
They are also portable, and you can take them with you. Perfect if you are going on holiday, special weekends away or even camping. If you have been wondering on these, definitely give these a shot. These are by far my number one and I won't use any other. 10/10

First impression, i really like them!! I'm constantly waking up during the night to check on my younger siblings and honestly it made my transitions from awake to sleep so much better!!! I felt to much more rested in the morning compared to usual which kind of surprised me but i also expected. I will 100% be continuing to use the nose and mouth strip's🥰

I recently tried the Schleepi mouth tape and nasal strips… and honestly, I’m so impressed.

Love this mouth tape! Feels great on and doesn’t hurt at all when taking it off in the morning. Stays on all night, even with my lip balm applied beforehand, which I love.
I honestly couldn’t recommend Schleepi mouth tape & nose strips more. Since using them, my sleep score has improved from the 50s to the 90s, such a noticeable difference in how rested I feel.
If you’re worried about the mouth tape, it has a small breathing hole so you can still breathe comfortably and even speak slightly. It feels much less restrictive than you’d expect. Definitely worth trying!

Okay where does one start… First off the customer service is out of this world - I’ve never seen or experienced such great customer service and support from a store ever. Secondly these nose and mouth tapes are the best I’ve ever used and they’re my tried and true - I’ve tried so many and they’ve made me feel like I’m waxing my face off not with Schleepi! Needless to say they’re my forever brand of mouth and nose tape
These are such good quality, especially for those people, like myself, who struggle with most mouth tapes due to the feel (like you can’t breathe, itchy, irritating, etc) because they’re so light and thin that I often wake up and forget I’m even wearing it. The nose tape is amazing as well as it opens the nasal passages to make breathing from the nose (from a mouth breather lol) really easy and it helps to create the at habit. Neither of these products cause any skin irritation to me nor do they fall off during the night. 100% the best mouth tape I’ve tried (and I’ve tried sooo many). I recommend these to my clients, friends & family regularly.
What does a husband buy his girl for Christmas? A better sleep of course. At first I was anxious I would wake up not breathing with the mouth tape especially being asthmatic and a open mouth sleeper. I was determined to get better sleeps so I wore the tape through the day to feel like in my mind I could sleep with the tape and be okay. In the meantime I was sleeping with the nose strips and noticed a difference after the first night. I woke up feeling like a had a better sleep then normal and apparently snoored alot less. Eventually I wore the tape and the nose strip and had the most incredible sleep, felt refreshed with a clear mind. Feels amazing to wake up now. So much more energy. Highly recommend this bundle.
Love love love these products I have been searching for the perfect mouth and nose tape for so long and I’ve finally found it! Gentle on skin but sticky enough to stay put! Schleepi have nailed it! Plus the colours are so cute!

These are fabulous. The nose strips don’t peel off my skin at the edges like some other brands do and there’s no residue on my skin from the tapes in the morning. I’m sleeping so much better now!
