How long does each pack last?
Each pouch includes 30 single use SchleepStrips™ or SchleepTapes™ depending on your selection (so 60 total for one month, or more for 3 and 6 month supplies). Used nightly, that’s one month of better breathing and brighter mornings, or longer if you rotate between strips, tape or non nightly use.
