By entering the Schleepstakes Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

The Schleepstakes Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. By entering, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, accurate, and complete.

2. How It Works

Each eligible entrant will go into the draw with a 1 in 3 chance to receive a free 30-pack of Schleepi sleep wellness products (the “Product”). Winners will be randomly selected and notified via email.

3. Winner Responsibilities

If selected as a winner:

  • The Product itself is 100% free.
  • Shipping is not included and must be covered by the winner. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and must be paid before dispatch.
  • Failure to pay for shipping within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. No Refunds or Exchanges

  • Giveaway Products are provided as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless at your own expense and at our sole discretion.
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or incorrect use.

5. Use At Your Own Risk

  • All Schleepi products are designed with care, but we make no guarantees regarding individual results or outcomes.
  • By claiming and using a Schleepi product, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk.
  • Schleepi Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, allergic reaction, adverse effect, or accident that may occur from the use or misuse of our products.

6. Indemnification

  • By registering for this Giveaway and/or accepting a product, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Schleepi Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Giveaway or use of the Product.
  • This includes, without limitation, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or legal disputes.

7. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time without notice, for any reason, including technical issues or suspected fraud.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify any participant we believe is tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Once you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If there’s a hiccup (like a typo in your address or stock issues), we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Schleepi isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Basically, we’re here to help you sleep better, not shoulder the weight of the world.
