We want you to love your sleep tools. But if something’s not right, we’re here to make it better — just not while we’re napping.
1. Change of Mind
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened. If it’s unopened and in original condition, you have 14 days to return it for a refund (excluding shipping).
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Uh oh! If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we’re genuinely sorry. Email us at alex@schleepi.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number

Photos of the product and packaging

A brief description of the issue
We’ll replace it or refund you, stat.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping for change-of-mind items is your responsibility.

For faulty/incorrect items, we’ll cover the cost — that’s our promise.
