Two simple tools for your wind-down routine, each with a different job.
Nose strips
A little lift for easier nose breathing
Our nose strips gently lift the sides of your nose from the outside to help air move through more easily. They’re a simple, drug-free way to support nasal airflow at bedtime, with selected styles suited to daytime use too.
Mouth tape
A gentle nudge towards nose breathing
Our soft mouth tape helps keep your lips gently closed, encouraging nasal breathing while you sleep. Choose a standard style or a centre-slit option for extra flexibility, depending on what feels right for your routine.
Want both? Our Breathe Bundles pair nose strips and mouth tapes in one convenient bedtime kit.
We created Schleepi because comfort and a reliable hold should come together. Think thoughtful materials, flexible designs and colours you’ll actually love wearing, all made for your everyday bedtime routine.
